This Privacy Policy describes how TapNChat Lab ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TapNChat application and website. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your experience is safe, private, and transparent.
TapNChat is a utility application that allows users to start a WhatsApp conversation directly using a phone number without saving it to contacts. We do not store, collect, or process personal messages or user identity data.
TapNChat is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:
TapNChat simply redirects users to WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp click-to-chat feature. All communication happens directly on WhatsApp servers and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We do not act as an intermediary and do not store any communication data.
TapNChat does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or data tracking services. The only external service used is WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) for initiating chat links.
We do not collect or share any personal data with third parties because we do not store any user data at all.
TapNChat does not knowingly collect any data from users under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal data, no child data is processed or stored.
Since TapNChat does not store user data, there is no risk of data leakage from our systems. All chat interactions occur directly on WhatsApp’s secure platform.

TapNChat is available globally. However, since no personal data is collected or stored, no cross-border data transfer occurs.
